Sandwich Time!

Dear boys and girls,

Remember our sandwich-making project two weeks ago? Here are some photographs of the session.

It was an enjoyable experience for me and I hope it was for all of you too. Each of you wrote the recipes in your groups, brought your own ingredients and made the sandwiches all by yourselves. I am very proud of you! After that, you ate your sandwiches together with your group mates.

During our reflection, some of you shared your feelings of surprise and happiness that your group mates cooperated. A few of you felt frustrated and angry that your group did not work together. But at the end, all of you managed to make a sandwich of your own by sharing your ingredients and helping each other. This shows how important it is that all of you work together.

We will have many chances to have group work again. So, do look forward to that.

Model Pupils

Dear boys and girls,

So far, we have had 3 model pupils. I would like to commend them for their good behaviour.

In January, Alicia was our class model pupil. I am sure all of you would agree that she has been very helpful to all the teachers and classmates. Thanks, Alicia!

In February, Nabilah was the model pupil. She is a very kind and polite pupil. I hope all of you will be too. You are a very sweet and soft-spoken girl, Nabilah!

In March, Jei Min was our model pupil. She is very conscientious in her work and she very hardworking too. Keep it up, Jei Min!

I hope all of you will emulate your friends' good behaviour and actions. Be kind to one another as we learn and play together as a class.
